Autop - Réseau en Tunisie

The story of Autop

Founder's Vision

Marouane Ben Jemaa, General Director of AUTOP, built this network with a strong conviction: the Tunisian automotive after-sales market deserved a structured, transparent, and customer-focused player. While the majority of garages operated in a craft-like manner, AUTOP introduced management standards, digitalization, and continuous training. The goal: to professionalize an entire sector and offer every Tunisian motorist the same quality of service, regardless of the workshop visited.

CSR is at the heart of this vision:AUTOP provides free training for young people who have dropped out of school to integrate them into its network, thus contributing to sustainable employment while addressing the need for skilled labor in the sector.

Concept Values

• **Quality**:interventions compliant with insurers' standards and industry norms
• **Transparency**:digital tracking at every stage, clear quotes, zero unpleasant surprises
• **Training**:certified technicians, continuous training, ongoing skill enhancement
• **Innovation**:Smart Repair, electronic diagnostics, digital management tools
• **Responsibility**:strong CSR commitment, professional integration of youth, sustainable local employment

Reason for franchise development

Franchising is the engine of AUTOP's growth. Rather than centralizing everything, the network relies on local entrepreneurial franchisees to quickly cover the entire Tunisian territory.

By franchising a garage or creating a new AUTOP workshop, you benefit from:
• Thenational recognitionand agreements with insurers (guaranteed customer flow from day one)
• Anintegratedturnkey management system (appointment scheduling, invoicing, reporting)
• Acomprehensivetraining for the team before and after the opening
• Ongoingsupportin commercial, marketing, and operational areas
