The story of Gourmandise
Founder's Vision
It all began in Sfax in 1976:Souad Kamoun, a woman of passion and conviction, was making traditional Tunisian cakes from her family home. Her dream was to open a shop in Tunis. Unfortunately, she did not have the time to realize it - she passed away in 1987. But her children Radhia and TalebKamoun took up the torch and brought her vision to life beyond all expectations.
Today, Radhia Kamoun, CEO of Gourmandise, carries on a legacy:healthy, natural, authentic products, rooted in the history and traditions of Tunisia. This vision - to pass on above all - is at the heart of every franchise granted. Each Gourmandise franchisee becomes a custodian of Tunisian culinary heritage.
Concept Values
• **Authenticity**:traditional Tunisian recipes preserved uncompromisingly since 1976
• **Quality**:rigorously selected ingredients, large-scale artisanal production, certified laboratory
• **Generosity**:the spirit of sharing inherited from founder Souad Kamoun, present in every shop
• **Innovation**:an ability to evolve without betraying (salad bar, chic snacking, gourmet grocery)
• **Transmission**:a family know-how passed down from generation to generation, shared with each franchisee
Reason for franchise development
Gourmandise has chosen franchising to accelerate its national and international presence while maintaining the quality that defines its reputation. The key: daily supply of fresh products from the central laboratory in Chotrana — quality is guaranteed, non-negotiable.

• 20 days of comprehensive initial training (operations, service, management, quality standards)
• Territorial exclusivity in the chosen area
