The story of Poslik

Founder's Vision

The founders of Poslik observed a daily reality in Tunisian restaurants: handwritten order books, basic cash registers, no visibility on performance or inventory. Digitalization was not reaching these entrepreneurs due to a lack of tools suited to the local context.

Their vision:to provide every Tunisian restaurateur - from the small neighborhood café to the large restaurant - with the digital tools previously reserved for large international chains. Poslik was born from this desire to democratize management technology and help restaurateurs improve efficiency, profitability, and peace of mind in their daily operations.

Concept Values

• **Simplicity**:an interface designed to be used by any employee from day one
• **Efficiency**:fewer errors, faster service, better inventory control
• **Visibility**:real-time data to make informed management decisions
• **Localization**:a tool in Arabic and French, designed for the specifics of the Tunisian market
• **Support**:a responsive Tunisian team, available to support each partner client

Reason for franchise development

Poslik develops through a partnership-license model: local partners distribute and deploy the solution in their geographical area, with training and ongoing support from the Poslik team.

The Poslik partnership offers:
• Access to the complete SaaS platform and all its features
• 5-day training for the partner and for the first restaurant clients
• Ongoing technical support provided by the central Poslik team
• Attractive commission on licenses sold in the assigned area
