Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to all paid subscriptions and services offered on the WeFranchiz platform.

1. Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed in euros inclusive of all taxes. WeFranchiz reserves the right to modify its prices with 30 days' notice.

2. Payment

• Payment is made by credit card via our secure payment provider.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• No refunds are granted for periods already started.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless the service has already begun with your agreement.
